Herman Krieger
Over 50 years experience in the textile industry and considered by most to be one of the legendary figures in home textile productions. Some of his many accomplishments include: Founder Embtex Embroidery, The permier producer until its sale in 1979. Introduced computerized quilting into the U.S. with the launch of Carolina Creations. Started CDS Ensembles in 1990. It has become the largest contract producer of decorative bedding in the US.

Joseph Nettles
An outstanding career as one of the best, most innovative manufacturing executives in the home fashions business. Mr Nettles began his career with M. Lowenstein over 35 years ago quickly moving up the ranks to plant manager. He held the position of General manager or Plant manager at several firms including Arley Manufacturing, Carolina Creations and S. Lichtenberg& Sons.
